The location is excellent in Olaya in the heart of Riyadh. The room is big and clean. It has an iron, ironing board, safe, refrigerator, water heater, and two complimentary water bottles. The bed is comfortable (but the pillow is soft and may not be comfortable for some, but you may stack more than one pillow on top of each other). The staff are helpful and make you feel very taken care of (they called the room to check if everything is okay. They also called after the stay to make sure everything was okay). The breakfast buffet is top notch for a 4-start hotel. It had a good variety, and it was delicious (see the photos and the video). There's a live station for eggs. The price of the buffet is 50 riyals per person, if it is added to the hotel stay. The price of the accommodation is good for a 4-star hotel and considering the location.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The room (and bathroom) had all the basic amenities we required, including complimentary water bottles which are a must in Riyadh. The Wi-Fi signal was great - we had no issues with it on our floor. The staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was good, but nothing fancy as in some other hotels. The coffee was okay, but not great. The closest location to the hotel is Riyadh Gallery Mall (reachable by foot in under 20 minutes) which has everything that you desire, and McDonald's (if you are in desperate need of a quick snack :))
